Alberti Mandrels

Our button ring mandrels are crafted from 1144 steel that has been hardened to 53 RC or better. The rounds are precision ground to a very smooth finish, and the octagonals are precisely milled to a perfect octagon and fine finish. These tools are made to withstand a lifetime of use, but will surely last for many more.

The two-piece Round Mandrel Set spans 5.1mm to 11.1mm with a 1 in 45 taper.
The three-piece Octagonal Mandrel Set spans 5.2mm to 10.4mm with a 1 in 50 taper.
